Welcome to GunSafeTX. I am Damon Ing, the instructor for the classes. My goal is to give you the confidence and ability to use a handgun properly. Although you are taking this course to seek the certification required by law, my hope is to see that you do so while adhering to the rules and regulations of firearm safety.

A packet from Austin and a Handgun are not necessary to take the class! A min. of 5 people are needed to make a class. A max. of 10 people are allowed per class. Contact me at: 817-819-1680 - Damon Ing, Instructor. Cash or money orders are the only accepted methods of payment!

The Texas Department of Public Safety requires persons applying for a Concealed Handgun License to take a certified CHL course which consists of classroom Instruction and range proficiency. The class must be taught by a Certified Instructor
