Officer Ing has been teaching the CHL program since 1999. Officer Ing also teaches at most of the regional police academies in this area with expertise being in use of force and defensive tactics. He has taught at both the academic and practical applications of police technologies and bring this training and practical experience to the classroom to provide an excellent CHL or firearms training to students.

Mr. Betsill served in the US Navy for about 25 + years as a corpsman/diver. Mr. Betsill is very well trained in weapons nomenclature and teaches on a regular basis. Mr. Betsill has been voted on many occasions as the best instructor in Texas and continues teaching others in firearms and tactical classes.

Mr. Ing is retired from employment with the US Government in store planning and market research. He has developed and implemented marketing strategies with the largest retail operation for the US military. Mr. Ing brings not only his experience, but his enthusiasm in providing the most accurate and current information on firearms training and safety.

Mr. Edenfield has retired from the State of California and brings his knowledge to the classroom environment. Mr. Edenfield has taught many classes in basic firearms, bow hunting, and participated in many hunter safety instruction classes. Mr. Edenfield has a vast array of knowledge on many weapon platforms and ensures that this training is brought to the classroom and provided as 1st rated CHL and firearms training.

Mr. Millner has been in law enforcement for 6 years and has served as a firearms and tactical medic. He currently instructs the basic and intermediate Special Weapons and Tactics classes including several types of instruction in firearms. He has published an article in the Association of Womens Self Defense and continues to study the effects of Concealed Handgun License (CHL) students use of deadly force situations. Mr. Millner is an adjunct trainer for Gunsafetx Consultation Services and can often be seen in our tactical classes and many firearms instruction classes.
